Retention Guarantees

This is usually a 10 percent of payments to be made to the contractor that gets held back with each payment by the employer. This is to assure that the contractor also finishes its work and pays it out after completion of the project. This money usually takes a certain amount of time which we prefer to prevent for our contractor.
